Before you pay anyone for accounting work, you should know who they are and how your money and your data are handled. Here is a plain account.
Who we are
CleanUpQuickBooks.com, LLC is a Texas limited liability company formed in 2026 and based in Dallas, Texas. We correct, catch up and clean up QuickBooks files for businesses across the United States. A CFO reviews our catch-up, cleanup and assessment work before it reaches you. You can read more about the person who does the reviewing on our About page.

How payment works
- You choose an offer and see the exact amount before you pay. Prices are calculated on our server, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
- You are taken to Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe is a major payment processor that is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification.
- You enter your card details on Stripe’s page, not ours. We never see or store your full card number.
- You receive a confirmation from Hello@CleanUpQuickBooks.com with your next steps. Our refund policy explains what happens if something is not right.
How we access your QuickBooks file
We never ask for your QuickBooks password or your bank login. After you pay, you add our firm to your QuickBooks Online company as your accountant, and you can remove that access at any time. Our Data security and access page explains the details.
Staying safe from look-alike sites
Look-alike websites exist for almost every well-known service. Our only website address is cleanupquickbooks.com, and we email only from Hello@CleanUpQuickBooks.com. If you ever receive a message asking for card details by email or text, do not respond. Contact us at the address above so we can confirm.
