Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries and purchases made through it. Work for you is performed under the engagement agreement we send for your signature, which controls if it differs from this page.
Who we are
CleanUpQuickBooks.com, LLC (“we,” “us”) is an independent business based in Dallas, Texas. We provide QuickBooks error correction, catch-up bookkeeping, reconciliations and chart of accounts repair. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
Prices and the $99 starter
Prices shown on this site are in U.S. dollars. Instant prices are based on the information you provide; if your books turn out to differ materially from what you described, we will tell you and send a revised price before doing additional work. The $99 starter covers one bank or credit card account in QuickBooks Online with fewer than 100 transactions in one month, and is offered on the dates shown on the site.
What you provide
- Accurate information about your business and books, and the statements and documents we reasonably request.
- Authority to give us access to the QuickBooks company involved. Access is granted by inviting us as an accountant user, and you may remove it at any time.
- Timely answers to questions about transactions that cannot be determined from your records.
What we deliver
We categorize, reconcile and correct entries in your books based on your source documents, and we document significant corrections so they trace to the underlying transactions. We do not prepare or file tax returns, and nothing we deliver is legal advice or tax advice. Financial statements and reports reflect the records and information provided to us.
Payment
Payment is due as stated at checkout or in your engagement agreement. Fixed-price work begins when payment is received and the access we need is in place.
Refunds
Our Refund and Satisfaction Policy is part of these terms.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as confidential and use it only to serve you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the work at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false or that you are not authorized to share. Site content, including text, graphics and the CleanUpQuickBooks.com name, belongs to us or our licensors. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless your engagement agreement says otherwise.
